Les Cyprès is set in a delightful, landscaped garden with cherry and olive trees, a boule court and private swimming pool. It's just 500m from the village of St Saturnin Lès Apt and enjoys fabulous view towards the pretty village of Villars and the Luberon Mountains. The gardens are fully enclosed and have different areas where you can sit and read, relax or just admire the views.

Les Cyprès has been completely refurbished and it has a new kitchen and two new bathrooms. It blends Provençal style with comfortable modern living.

The villa provides three flexible, good-sized bedrooms, the largest has a king sized bed with French doors opening on to the terrace; the second bedroom can be used as a family room with a double bed and sofa/single bed and the third bedroom has twin beds which together can make a large double.

The main bathroom has a bath with hand held shower and also a separate walk-in shower, large basin and w.c. The shower room, which separates bedrooms 1 & 2, has a tiled walk-in shower, basin and w.c. There is also a cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin.

The fully fitted kitchen has an eye level electric oven with grill, a 4 ring gas hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

The dining area has a table and 6 chairs and the comfortable lounge area has ample seating, a television, which receives both English and French channels, with DVD. French doors from this room open to the terrace, where there is sun canopy and patio furniture.

As well as a DVD player there is an I-pod docking station. If you need to check your emails there is high speed broadband wireless internet connection for your use. For babies a cot and high chair are provided.

The swimming pool (8m x 4m) has a spacious decked surround that provides plenty of space for sunbathing and offers complete privacy - 6 sun loungers are supplied. All linen and towels (including pool side) are provided. Because eating outside is taken for granted for most of the year, a barbecue is also provided.

Finally please note that as Les Cyprès is set in mature, landscaped gardens with some steps therefore it may not be suitable for very small children or people with mobility problems.
