Once we have confirmed availability of your holiday dates, please print, complete and return by e mail the booking form. We request a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost in Pound sterling or Euros. If you are booking within 8 weeks of arrival we require full payment at the time of booking. See terms and conditions. Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, we will send a confirmation invoice and statement, which constitutes the formal acceptance of the booking. Your final payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival. We do not ask for a damages deposit, instead we rely on your goodwill to tell us in the event of any breakages or accidental damage. We ask that you leave the property clean and tidy on departure. Upon receipt of your final payment we send you details of how to find the property.
