To make a booking, in the first instance please email or phone us for availability. We will respond within 24 hours. We can also answer any queries you may have about the houses and area.

Once we have confirmed availability of your holiday dates, we request a deposit of 25% of the total rental cost in £sterling or Euros. If you are booking within 8 weeks of arrival we require full payment at the time of booking. Our postal address for payment by cheque or details for bank transfer payments, are available upon booking.

Click Here for a booking form. Please complete and sign the booking form and send it with your initial non-refundable deposit (25% of the rent due). Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, we will send a confirmation invoice and statement, which constitutes the formal acceptance of the booking. Your final payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival. We do not ask for a damages deposit, instead we rely on your goodwill to tell us in the event of any breakages or accidental damage. We  ask that you clean the property prior to departure but if you would prefer not to do this , pay the optional cleaning charge of 45Euros. Upon receipt of your final payment we send you details of how to find the villa.

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit will be retained . If 6 weeks or less before your holiday the whole rent will be retained If we can re-let either the deposit or rent will be returned less any additional and reasonable expenses that we may incur, including advertising. We would therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance which covers cancellation.
