Guy & Jean Christophe have been there for 22 years so have quite a reputation.

Three courses with an amuse bouche is 49€ and the extensive wine list includes pichet, Luberon and wines from throughout France at sensible prices.

This simple circuit of 63k takes in the nearby village of Villars, followed by a climb from abt 250 metres to 1100 metres to Lagarde d’Apt ,then passing the Lavender fields heading to Sault with views of Mont Ventoux before heading back via Javon to Saint-Saturnin.
