After three full days of picking we have a record olive harvest finally totaling 240 kilos which will produce us over 50 litres of extra virgin olive oil. 
Next spring I aim to prune the olive trees myself, something we have normally paid to have done but it becomes increasingly expensive each year (circa 700€) so it will be interesting to see what impact that has on next years harvest.
