This is walk number four from our green guide. Walking from our home adds a kilometre each way, so totalling 11 kilometres which took us two hours including stopping for photos and refreshments. ( not the bar in the village!)

imageThis is the Perreal on the west side of the village, the walk takes us round the north side of the hill where you climb, the reward being fantastic views over the Luberon valley and towards Mont Ventoux.

The walk then skirts round to the south side and finally east side, where the views are over Villars and back to Saint Saturnin Les Apt.image

Passing the vines that surround the Perreal before the ascent.

Passing the  Domaine des Andeols  with its manicured olive and Cypress trees.

The only way is up, make sure you have good hiking shoes, and water!
